Swirlydoos' December Kit Reveal Blog Hop

It's the most wonderful time of the year!! I love everything about Christmas! Swirlydoos only themed kit makes it easy to scrap Christmas photos and make cards.
For my first project I knew I wanted to go with a softer shabby chic style.  I did some machine stitching and light distressing. The gold poinsettia is from my supplies. I've had it for years and was happy that I could finally use  it!
 
For my second project I made on over sized tag. I pulled the colors from the vintage photo and added lots of gesso for a frosted look.

    Your layouts are gorgeous! I love the photo in the first one she is so adorable and the way you stuck to gold tones was perfect. I love the one with the two girls by the tree!
