Look who got her ears pierced

Delilah turned eight months on July 22. Gosh, this girl is growing so fast. We took her today to pierce her ears. When Teari and Clea were babies we did it when they were about a four months old. So, Delilah was a little late. I was afraid that she was going to be in immense pain. She did fairly well. She cried, of course, when they did the piercing. As soon as I picked her up she was fine. Now, she's happy as clam and looks cuter than ever!!!!

Crop pages

Yesterday I held a crop at my house with my mom, two sisters and a friend. I managed to get two pages done in a 9 hour period. Which is good because usually it takes me three days to do one page.

"Chillax"

This is Nefferteari doing her top model pose.

Here is a close-up of the Snow Writer on the edges of the paper and flowers.

These are the lollipop flowers I was talking about in my last post.

"Bliss"

This page weighs about ten pounds...lol!! J/K...but it is heavy.

On the top of the page and along the tears I addes stickles. For the netting I stuck it down with glue dots.

I just love this little fence.

I just adhered the sand with tack glue...it's alittle messy to apply. Totally worth the results.

2 new pages

Intense

Cleapatra has these amazing blue eyes and her facial expression made me only think of one word "INTENSE". At the time of this photo Nefferteari and Cleapatra were watching America's next top model. So, we did a mock photo shoot, the girls posing. They are sooo funny!!!

Initially I was going to use some lollipop flowers. But, I felt that they were to playful for the theme behind the layout. I used Snow Writer on the edges of the black cardstock and pattern paper mimicking the lollipop flowers that I ended up not using. I still like the effect of the Snow Writer on this page.

This is Delilah and me on Mother's Day. She was super bald in this picture...lol!!! Her hair is starting to grow in little by little.

I absolutely love this color combo...you know..with purple being my favorite color and all!!

Just a close up of the flowers. I added some stickles to give a little sparkle.

The butterfly is Chipboard. I added stickles to this also.

Thanks for taking a peek

Baby Fairy

A layout I just finished of my 6 week old Delilah. This is one of my favorite photos of her. The inspiration of the color theme came from the Prima Fleur Danseur flowers. Just when you think Prima can not make anything better than the last time...they come out with a new line...lol!!

Just some close ups.

This is another butterfly that I made.

This the new Prima Cherry Blossom branch.

To make the scallops around the circle I use decorative scissors. Then, just used a paper piercer to add the holes.

I love the way this flower shimmers.
