Swirlydoos French Quarter Second Reveal

Hello everyone. Today I'm sharing two more projects I did with the Swirlydoos March Kit.

Story Time
This is one of this pictures I was lucky to capture. Delilah was sitting on her little table, facing the window. I could hear her "reading". I turned to look and my heart just melted. She was reading to her unicorn. SO sweet!!!

I wanted to create a look of old book pages. I layered and distress four papers.

I love doilies. The fact that they're white and you can glimmermist any color to match, make it so easy to use on any page.

Bold
I don't scrap my son as often as I like. Boy pages are still so hard for me. With the kit's I'm trying to squeeze in one masculine page. I still don't think that I'm very good at them. But, my Elijah loves them and that's all that matters!

I'm still learning the basics of molding paste and gesso. The DT girls over at swirlydoos just rock this stuff!!

Ham packaging...a masculine must have embellie for me...lol!

Until next time....

I LOVE these layouts Angelica! Those pics are adorable! That first layout - oh I wish I could duplicate that - I need a class :) And I love the boy layout - you really rocked that one! I love the "brick work" and that ham packaging - who knew? That is just an amazing touch!
