DT layout for Tresors de Luxe

Hello friends!  I have another scrapbook page to share using the gorgeous gold trim in Tresors shop. I've never used gold lace before and was a bit intimated. But, once I got the idea to go vintage with it, it was cake. I really love the finished product!

 

 

I misted the white spray and fabric flower with Prima mist to match the colors of my layout.

I used my Somber Beauty Butterflies from my Etsy shop to compliment the vintage look.

Swirlydoos 2nd reveal featuring Tesors de Luxe

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing my last two projects using the Swirlydoos July Kit, Celestial Summer. It was such a fabulous kit to work with. I love the colors and of course the tiny fairies. The inspiration of my layout and trinket box. I loved fairies since I was a little girl and was more than overjoyed when Prima came out with the tiny fairy resins! Then, getting them in a kit was even better! Now my new fav kit! :)

 

When my two oldest were younger I love to dress them up as fairies and takes pictures. So, I knew I would use them for this kit. The trim is from Tresors De Luxe as is the flower embellishment tucked within the other flowers. You can find the Mystic Dragonflies in my Etsy Shop.

 

 My next project is Fairy Trinket Box. I painted a wooden box with gesso, sprayed with Prima mist then added Distress Crackle in Tattered Rose.

 Here is the trinket box open.  I made a little cushion to rest the key to the "Fairy Realm" with a little bottle of fairy dust. :)

Tresors de Luxe Tea Cup Stick Pin Holder

Hello friends! For my 2nd DT project for Tresors I made a Tea Cup Stick Pin Holder. I used two different types of trims and the fabric flowers. I thought about spraying the lace a light blue since they take color so well. But decided to leave them white to pop out against the blues.

Celestial Summer

 

As most of you know I took a break for June. I was more than pleased to come back and work with this phenomenal kit! By far this is my most favorite kit! I know, I know... say that often...lol! Seriously though, this kit is gorgeous!! Prima and Blue Fern go hand in hand.

 

For my first project I made a layout based on a sketch by Nadia Cannizzo from Once Upon a Sketch.  I love the Ombre Paper Collection from Blue Fern Studios. It's so magical. I knew right away what photo I was going to use. The butterflies are from my Etsy Shop and I thought them a perfect match for this page. I always add my butterflies last for the finishing touch!

 

 For this page I went more for the teals and yellows. Such a pretty combination! The dragonflies are the newest addition to my Etsy Shop. Even though I made them before I knew what the kit was, they match perfectly!!!

This layout is my take on the monthly sketch. I love purple and blue together. These papers are so so pretty. It's hard to cut into them and not hoard them! LOL! Again, I used my new dragonflies to round out the page. Mystic Dragonflies can be found at my Etsy Shop.

My first DT project for Tresors de Luxe

Hello everyone! I'm excited to share my first project as a designer for Tresors de Luxe. I love the look of elegance and texture of laces on my projects. So when  Lucy asked if I would join the team I was over the moon! Tresors laces and trims are of beautiful quality.  I'm so happy to work with them!

As my first project I made a scrapbook layout. I chose to use the large applique in the corner and added the fabric flowers and flower embellishment. At the bottom I used the white Venice lace and more fabric flowers.
