ZVA Creative and Swirlydoos

I was ecstatic to see that Zva was in June's Swirlydoos Kit. In my past layouts I always mix the two. They work perfectly together!!!

This is my 12 year old daughter Nefferteari. She doesn't mind having a camera pointed at her face all the! Hopefully as she gets older it doesn't change.

Time will tell

I handmade the roses and added faux vintage glass for that shabby feel.

This beautiful clock is from Dusty Attic, included in the main kit. I ink the clock with pigment ink then dusted with Perfect Pearls. It's super sparkly IRL.

I punched a 12 inch striped of the pp and used a paper crimper to get this paper lace look around the circle. It's the same technique that Lisa used on the CHA make-in-take flowers for Swirlydoos only on a way bigger circle. You can find that tutorial here.

Here is a close up of the lovely Zva pearl flourishes and crystal ribbon (I'm not sure if that's what it's called) Both gorgeous!!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Gorgeous layout! Love what you did with the crimper and paper, looks great! My daughter is like that too! She loves getting her pic taken, and I too hope it doesn't change.

Thank you for sharing your talent! Question: The deplorable plastic page protectors - Have you solved the solution? Artwork such as yours is very tactile and begs to be touched. Encasing it in plastic creates a barrier and distorts the art. Just curious. Best, Kat
