We have some absolutely beautiful scrapbook projects for you to see today !!

I was over the moon when I received my kit. I couldn't wait to see the Blue Fern Studios Sanctuary papers in person. And.....omg.....are they beautiful! I didn't have much time to work on my projects due to the holidays. But, I was able to get these done quickly because the paper and embellishments were so inspiring.

My first page is my take on the January sketch. I just flipped it to better my design since the pretty image of the flowers is on the left. I used Rae's Water Color Tutorial on the BFS chippy. The Iron Maiden Butterflies are from my Etsy Shop.

Here is the sketch. Be sure to enter are sketch challenge. Anyone can join!

This is a canvas I made using the Color Lab Technique Kit. Pretty cool, pretty fun stuff I must say. I first painted the canvas with clear gesso. Then, did some masking with Molding paste. After that was dried I made some pink and blue mist and randomly sprayed the canvas and the white flowers. On the side I was working on the cheese cloth and Blue Fern chippy to add on top of the canvas. I lightly sprayed it with the mists and glued to the canvas. Finishing touch, of course, are my Dreamy Butterflies and Hand Tinted Glitter Glass from my Little Scrap Shop on Etsy.

You have until midnight, eastern time, January 8th to complete the hop. Winners will be announced on the Swirlydoos Blog on 1/10. In order to qualify to win here is what you need to do:

My special word is : DOES

The party continues over at Paulien's blog. Have fun!

the first page is so feminine and pretty. The next one is kind of stark (but I think that's what you were aiming for - I'm not familiar with the work you cited).
All of the projects were amazing.
thanks for sharing

Such contrasting projects. The holidays were hard to get scrappy. Great color combos.
